Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of the arrival date will be refunded for the full amount, less a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be issued a gift certificate for the full amount of your reservation. Gift certificate will be valid for 1 year from date of cancellation.

Check In / Out Times:

Check in times are 4-8 p.m. Special arrangements can be made upon request.

Check out time is 11 a.m. A check out time up to 2 hours later can be arranged for a fee of $15.

Reservation Policies:

A reservation is required to stay at Inn at Yadkin Creek. We can accommodate last minute lodging, but guests must call 573.775.5256 prior to arrival to make arrangements with the Innkeeper. For the safety of our guests, we do not accept walk in guests without notice of arrival.

Your card will be charged for the full amount of the first night of your stay upon receiving your reservation. The remaining cost will be charged upon check-in.

Smoking Policies:

All rooms are non - smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on private balconies and veranda. There will be a $350 cleaning charge for violating the no smoking policy.


Children 12 years and older are welcome at Inn at Yadkin Creek. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate small children.

Rates are for double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is two persons per room. Discounts can be issued for single occupancy, long term stays, and business stays.
